Written agreement is required if more than the maximum number of persons stated in the property particulars occupy a property. The property reserves the right to refuse admittance, revoke, or refuse any bookings from parties which may be unsuitable for the property.
Guests are responsible for the property and are expected to take reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils, etc must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period. All damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the guests. Cost of such damages shall be redeemable on demand. Should the guests pay by credit card, any damages or breakages inflicted shall be deductible from the account.
