“Our family and our fiends: 4 adults, our 11 yr old daughter and our dog, have had a great time at the property. The cottage is spacious, clean and tidy. Fresh flowers in every room and the tea tray was a sweet touch. The house is at a great location as well. We spent the evenings in front of the wood burner playing games, changing records. It’s been a lovely memory for all of us. We look forward to go back again soon. ”

“Nice location for North Norfolk coast - Wells, Walsingham, Hunstandton, all a short drive. Pub directly opposite - great food - and no problems with noise. Secure garden with private parking idea for bringing a dog. Cottage much bigger on the inside that it looks from outside - three good sized bedrooms and large lounge.”
