Wine was available in your room at a resonable price but given free chocolate biscuits and bottled water as well as tea and coffee in you room also a small bottle of milk in your fridge.”

“The breakfast was good quality ,and cooked to perfection. I had fresh strawberries which was a bonus. Flowers on the table finishing touches. The extra little touches in the room were an additional surprise, a wonderful room facing the lake , bright and airy and very clean. We had a great stay . Cleo and Leigh have done a wonderful job at making us feel very welcome, and gave us some good advice, regards booking accommodation.”

“The hosts Leigh and Cleo were very welcoming and great to chat to. Bay Tree House was perfect for my husband and I and we loved everything it had to offer. The room was very comfortable with a bed that allowed the best nights sleep. Great having a fridge in the room with fresh milk for our tea, along with biscuits and other goodies. We didnt partake in the wine but it was there if you wanted it along with an honesty money box. Finally the breakfasts were amazing, my husband said it was the best Eggs Benedict ever, my porridge with whisky and honey was tasty, and my cooked breakfast delicious. Leigh and Cleo are proud of what they offer and rightly so, it's a fabulous bed and breakfast and a will be returning.🤗”
