Ideal for large family groups or 2/3 families, Beachaven is a 7 bed, ground, first floor and attic room property which spans back 25 metres from the front door. It has 4 en suite bathrooms and a Family bathroom with seperate WC. There are two double en suite rooms on the ground floor as well as the large central en suite room in the centre of the ground floor containing a new large u shaped sofa which can also be a bed. If requested it can just be set up as an adults ensuite with some minor adjustments. All three of these rooms are ideal if there are any guests that are perhaps not so good with the stairs. Then on the first floor we have two double en suite rooms that can either be twin or super king beds, a small double bedroom and a bunk room with a set of bunk beds with pull out single bed under the bottom bunk. ( 3 singles). On the second floor is the attic room which contains a super king or two singles with room to add folding guest beds if required. There is an enclosed courtyard for relaxing with a bbq and summer house.

We are footsteps away from the main award winning sandy beaches of Weymouth. Also we are within a 5/10 minute walk to the main centre of Weymouth including Weymouth Harbour and Marina, Brewers Quay & Nothe Fort and the vibrant centre with it's restaurants and nightlife. If you decide to have a lazy holiday on the beach with buckets and spades, wandering around Weymouth harbour crabbing or enjoying the many bars and restaurants and bustling night life then that's just fine as in local area you will find plenty to fill your holiday. All you have to do is just jump on a train which terminates at Weymouth station minutes from Beachaven and that's it. However, for the more adventurous, bring the cars and discover the beauty that is Dorset. Unfortunately I don’t have parking but there is one hour to park outside on the street to unload and we do have free parking nearby within a 2 min walk, or you can purchase a permit for the two nearby car parks. Recent years have shown that months as early as April and as late as October have seen the beach with people enjoying the sunshine and those that dare to wade into the sea. However the months, May June, July and August are always busy with holiday excitement and long sunny days. Sailing, cycling, hiking, fishing and golf are all easy to access and very close by.
