the location was great as only 7-10 min walk from main attractions and centre. bus stops fairly close to the flat too if you needed to use public transport.. we actually struggled to find the property at first as it’s not showing as reef7on Google and apple maps, but be sure to use the full address and you will have no issue. the road was quiet but you need to get there early when people go to work, to secure free parking on the road. alternatively, paid parking is £10 and is only few min down the road. property management checked in on us by sms once which was nice - thank you. coffee, tea, sugar and milk was provided, which was a nice touch. all cooking appliances should you require are available. bed was really comfortable - good mattress.

Although rather not say it but this was ideal for me as want to keep it a secret so I can book again, I can’t fault it. There was considerable noise of neighbours moving in (i think) and an inability on my part to work the television and audio equipment (I’m a technophobe , I need to be able to just press a button and it works not have to own other accounts and put in codes) they are issues I believe likely to only affect me. Fantastic value for money, great location, spotless and tidy and easy to access the venue and park

Cannot fault anything about the flat. easy self check in, great communication, absolutely everything you could need from the kitchen through to towels and bedding, TV streaming, Wi-Fi. Immaculately furnished, spotless and comfortable. Location perfect.

A delightful, contemporary, ground-floor studio flat apartment up to 4 people, superbly located just a few meters from Bournemouth’s award winning beaches. A modern living space comprising of a modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, further separate utility cupboard, lounge dining room overlooking the garden, beautiful bedroom, modern bathroom and 100MBPS Virgin High Speed Broadband at the property. Bedding and towels are provided. The flat is situated 2 minutes walk from Bournemouth Pier, restaurants and bars.
Hi I'm Sam, thanks for looking at my property. I have two modern and comfortable flats in central Bournemouth. These are perfectly located so you can access all the best attractions, beach and shopping within a few minutes walk. I've taken on full management of the flats from January which is why there aren't any reviews yet. Happy to answer any questions you have.
Bournemouth is an incredible town with many attractions for all ages. The beach and coastline offers golden sandy beaches with a promenade where you can walk to Sandbanks or Hengistbury Head. Bournemouth has a great selection of restaurants for the family in the BH2 complex to the more fine dining experience in Neo. BH2 also has the Odeon cinemas with 10 screens. If you head to the central shopping area, you'll find pop up markets and live music giving a great atmosphere. You'll also find the main bus stops and lots of shops and places for lunch/coffee. Bournemouth Gardens are a fabulous sight and worth exploring, walk from Bournemouth Pier towards the town, cross over the road and the tropical gardens extend even further towards the tennis courts and offering some unique flowers and trees due to the micro climate. From Bournemouth you can easily access Poole and Christchurch, these neighbouring towns offer their own great attractions like Sandbanks, Poole Quay, Christchurch Castle and Mudeford Beach. All worth exploring if you have a day or two spare. Bournemouth Train station gives you easy access to places like the New Forest, hope off at Brockenhurst and explore.
