Great location. The book with directions and locTiosn of services was great. We were welcomed with coffee, tea, biscuits, and a treat. That was a nice touch. It had everything we needed and more. Also had great TV options too. Thanks for a great week

A very warm & welcoming holiday home. The welcome pack of tea, coffee etc was much appreciated. The house is in an excellent location in beautiful Suffolk, very close to Bury Saint Edmund's.
United KingdomSpacious, clean and very comfortable home from home. Fully enclosed back patio garden, ideal for our dog. The kitchen was well equipped, including a very handy slow cooker. The local pub was dog friendly and the evening meals were very reasonably priced. The cottage was in an ideal situation for visiting Cambridge, Norfolk, Ely and all the surrounding villages and towns. Bury St. Edmunds is a delightful town with plenty to see and do. We had a lovely 2 week break and would recommend Beech Tree Cottage to anyone. We were not affected by any road noise at all.

The heating was also on which meant the bungalow was already warmed through. It was very well equipped throughout and a very welcoming place to stay. Location was ideal with a 10 minute walk to the town centre.
