Good place for family with kids. Ray and Darin were very helpful and prompt in responding to anything we needed. We were in a three bedroom apartment. It had all amenities more than what we had expected and that was so great! The apartment is secure too! We arrived by car and on request were provided with free secure parking! Thanks guys!

  • I’m coming in January for my 40th and looking for an apartment. We’re a group of 6 but won’t be parting in apartment would you take booking?

    Thank you for asking. We have many guests that stay with us to celebrate their 40th, 50th and even a 90th Birthday recently! As long as is everyone is respectful of their neighbours within a residential building there should be no issues thanks.

  • Is this in belfast city centre

    Yes indeed, we are located within 10 mins stroll of centre in the heart of Belfast's vibrant Queens Quarter.   Close by Botanic Avenue, Shaftesbury Square, Botanic gardens, Queens University and the Ulster Museum.   Lots of great coffee shops, bars and restaurants virtually on the doorstep. Botanic Train Station, Belfast bikes and public transport at the end of the road just 3 mins walk away.

    Hi Judith, Unfortunately we are unable to accept dogs at the present time. Yes indeed, we have free parking available for your car in our on site indoor garage. Just 10 mins walk to city centre and Botainic Ave 2 mins walk away. Many thanks Darin

  • Is this room wheelchair accessible as my mother is on a wheelchair and has limited mobility?

    Yes indeed there is wheel chair access to the apartment and also elevators to all floors. There is also a walk in (not roll in) shower. Thank you, Darin

  • Would you consider allowing a hen party to stay. I would like to come for a weekend in May next year with 10 ladies which will be mostly family so we are just looking to have a classy chilled out break away! I would be willing to pay a bigger deposit and we would take good care of the apartment.

  • Hello how far are you from ormeau park? And can travel cot be provided? Ia secure parking available? Thanks

    We are just a few minutes drive to Ormeau Park and around 15 mins to walk. Yes indeed, Travel Cot can be provided free of charge. We have Free Secure Car Parking in our large Garage below the apartments. There is direct access from parking to apts.
