I wish I could rate this hotel much higher than a 10. The staff were more like friends and went out of their way to recommend fun adventures for our family and even gave excellent directions. They were also in contact with the shops and restaurants nearby which made our stay even more unforgettable. At one point, we walked across the street to purchase a bottle of wine from a neighboring shop called Cuku (which we highly recommend as well) and, since we didn't have a bottle opener, the owner of the shop called the Bellhaven who had glasses and a bottle opener waiting for us upon our return. This was, on all accounts the most wonderful place our family has ever stayed. I can go on and on about the wonderful people, location, breakfast, style, etc. but, to keep it short, we will never stay anywhere else in Glasgow as long as there is a light on for us at Belhaven.

I thought the room with en-suite bathroom was very good, spacious and warm with everything such as carpets etc in perfect condition . The cooked breakfast was brought to my table and had everything I wanted and was piping hot, like the porridge I also had.

I liked the decorated high ceilings and the comfortable bed and quiet location. I really appreciated the fact that when we had to cancel our original stay at short notice due to a ping from NHS app, the hotel issued us with a voucher to the full value of the original room. This meant we could postpone rather than cancel a visit to Glasgow to celebrate a family birthday.
