We stayed here for 2 nights and we had the loveliest time the B&B was warm and welcome and very homely which we loved Donald the owner is a lovely man with such an amazing career history as a boxer who we couldn't help but chat to and listen to his stories The breakfasts including tea was awesome and Donald was more than happy to accommodate to our personal preferences with breakfast times We have stayed in many hotels within the uk and I have to say I've never wanted to stay again as much as what I wanted to when leaving You will see reviews about people moaning about decor etc but ignore them Belleville is very clean and homely and i am glad we stayed here and we will be making this our place to stay again when we return Room was clean Sheets were changed Covid rules were adhered to Bed was comfy And plenty of soaps etc in bathroom Thank you Donald from phillip and julie

Very central location - the whole of Elgin's main sites were walkable from it. Donald was very knowledgeable of the area and very helpful.

Lovely little B & B just at the end of the high street in the centre of Elgin. A very leisurely 10-15 minute stroll from either the train or bus station, though bus is a lot closer. Immaculately clean room and en-suite. Freshly cooked full Scottish breakfast available. Made very welcome by the host Donald. Will use again if ever in the area.
