We have a car park at the rear for 4 cars. We are awaiting planning permission to demolish the garage to create an extra 3 spaces. However, we also provide complimentary parking permits for on-street parking on any adjacent road. Parking is no issue.

Hi there, Yes all of our rooms for 2 or more people have kitchenettes. These include an induction hob, 3 in 1 microwave/oven/grill, fridge, sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Plus fully equipped with crockery, utensils, pans etc.

Yes we are open but we have certain restrictions on number of guests/bookings at one time and availability as per the calendar is not always accurate until the 17th May.

Hi there, The single rooms are not equipped with cooking facilities. There is a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. For guests staying longer than one month, a microwave could be installed if required.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean? In terms of cancellations, if you book through Booking you will be subject to their cancellation policy. We are still adhering to many Covid Restrictions and Procedures, we also have a detailed risk assessment.

Yes, the photos were taken in April 2021 and despite ordering the sofa bed in February 2021, it only arrived in August. We will update the photos in due time but yes this room comfortably sleeps 3 adults including the sofa bed.

No, I'm afraid not. Our largest room is our triple which would allow 2 adults on twin beds and a third guest on the sofa bed. Thank you, Mark
