  • If coronavirus becomes prevalent in the Fort William area will a refund be made even if the room booing is non refundable?

    At the moment the hotel is operating as business as usual. Should there be any changes based on government guidelines please be assured that further updates will follow.

  • When will all leisure facilities be opening within the hotel?

    Currently all areas of the leisure club are open with the exception of the steam room. We do not have a estimated time frame as to when this will reopen, although we are hoping for this to be sooner rather than later.
