Bessie House-Newly refurbished throughout, modern, with original features, 3 bedroom spacious home with private drive. Perfectly situated between the town centre and the Racecourse both a short walk away. Google nest thermostat, 2 modern bathrooms, fully equipped modern kitchen with island & a 50” smart tv, utility with washing machine. Spacious living room with ample seating, 50” smart tv. Bedroom’s include 2x double, 1x King and 1x single. Fully enclosed south facing garden and Patio. Bedrooms are opened up according to the number of guests booked. Unoccupied bedrooms will remain closed throughout your stay. If all rooms are required additional cleaning/ linen fees will apply. We aim to offer competative prices and can continue to do so by implementing this. Please contact us with your requirements when under the full occupancy of 7. You will recieve an email upon booking which contains a link to our online check-in. Here you will be required to sign our terms and conditions, provide proof of identification and provide card information for the property security deposit. Please ensure this is completed BEFORE the date of or arrival as failure to do so will result in a possible late check in and or cancellation of you booking. Check in details will NOT be sent until this is completed. IF THE BOOKING IS FOR 3 GUESTS OR LESS PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
