  • Hi, just wondering if late check in is available? I’m travelling up to you after work? I finish at 19:30 so would get to you more like 22:30 or 23:00?

    Yes, No problem st all. We do have a night manager so you can access the hotel by ringing the phone at anytime if the front door is locked! Regards Laura

  • Do you have any twin-bedded rooms with walk-in showers? And free cancellation?

    We do have twin bedded rooms with walk-in showers available and cancellation is free up to 4.00pm the day before arrival however we do also have certain rates known as advanced purchase rates which are non-refundable, i hope this helps. Scott Curran

  • We will. Be arriving after midnight is this ok for check in?

    Yes that's no problem, the front door will be locked however there is a phone to the side that will allow you to reach the night porter who can let you in to the building, I hope this helps. Kind regards Scott Curran

  • I see that your check in time is, at present, 5pm. We would be traveling down from Ayr next March, which would take about 3 hours. Is there any lee way on booking in time, as I see that your usual booking in time is 3pm? Do you think that you might be back to 'normal' by next March 2022?

    Not currently although we may be able to accommodate the charging of electric vehicles who can adapt to mains power.

    We do not offer entertainment for our guests. There are a few good pubs in Garstang which is located a mile from the hotel.

  • hi there we are travelling down from Scotland (inverness area ) and are wanting a half way stop can you check in earlier than 5 pm thanks

    Good Afternoon, Our normal check in time is 3pm but due to Covid we are having to say 5pm as we need extra time to clean the bedrooms. If we are quiet the night before it may be that the room is ready by 3pm. Regards Laura

    Depending on whether you are enjoying a brisk walk or a saunter down the country lanes a walk to Garstang is roughly 25 minutes

    We do however the front door will be locked from 11.00pm, there is a phone to the side of the reception entrance which will allow you to reach the night porter who will come and let you in.
