  • Hi! Is the pool and spa facilities open on Sunday and if yes then till when?

    Our Leisure Facilities are open on a Sunday between 7am and 7pm (last entry at 6pm), the Jacuzzi is currently being replaced and remains out of use until mid/late January. Swim time-slots must be booked in advance with the Leisure Reception Desk.

    Unfortunately we don't do a set package of any kind. If you wanted to organise Champagne, this can be done by contacting Reception, or you are welcome to have anything sent to the Hotel that we can decorate the Room with for your arrival.

  • Can children use the swimming pool please and is there a child’s menu in the restaurant Are there facilities for an electric car charging?

    Yes there are no restrictions upon children using the Swimming Pool. A Children's Menu will be available when our facilities reopen. We have two free of charge electric car charging points at the Hotel.

    At this moment in time the facilities we have open are the Swimming Pool (ONLY - not other poolside facilities are open) and the Gymnasium. You will be required to book in a time-slot to use the pool with the Leisure Reception by phone

  • What food is available lunch? Breakfast, dinner? I can not see any pics of the bedroom dinning area and the sauna pool area.

    We have a Buffet Breakfast available daily from 7am until 10am, Continental to Full English. Lunch is a light Menu and our Full Menu is available in the Evenings from 5pm onwards. Pictures can be found on the Hotel Page on booking.com.

  • hi i am looking to book for 26th oct , one night stay. needed to know what is included in our booking such as sauna, pool, jacuzii and whats the opening times for mid week?

    You will receive use of the Swimming Pool, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Gymnasium. Our opening times are Monday-Friday opening at 6.30am with last entry at 8pm for use through until 9pm.

    At the moment we have the Gym and the Swimming Pool Open, the Jacuzzi, Steam Room & Sauna are all remaining closed at present. You will need to book a timeslot to use the Pool due to Covid Restrictions, please contact the Leisure Reception to arrange

  • hi i am wondering if i book this accomodation for february will it be open if we are still in Tier 4, this will be for work purposes

    We hope to remain open as we have been in Tier 3/4 Scenarios for Business Workers Only. However we cannot predict the changes that may come even in the coming days. If you book on a flexible rate this will allow you to cancel if we are unable to open

    If you are staying with us during our Tier 3 lockdown beginning on 2nd December for business purposes, the Swimming Pool and Gym will be open. For the Swimming Pool you will need to pre-book a time which can be done from Wednesday 2nd onwards.

  • Hi where does the child sleep in a family room with only a double bed if there is no room for an extra bed ?

    In the Executive Family Rooms, there is a Roll-away Bed in each Room capable of hosting one child. We do also have additional beds but you can only get one Roll-away and one Z-Bed in each Family Room. If you book, we just need to know in the notes.
