Beautifully clean and nicely appointed, very close to the station and the town. I was there to go to Bempton Cliffs, a 15 minute train ride way, so very convenient. Friendly and hospitable owners, and a good breakfast

  • Is there free parking available on site for guests?

    Hi Sorry just noticed this question, we do not have parking. You can park outside the guest house between 6 pm and 10 am and there is free street parking close by, we will advise on arrival, many thanks Graham ps if you could you let me have an eta.

  • Where do you park your car on arrival

    you can park outside the property between 6 pm until 10 am & disabled badge holders can park for 3 hours at a time throughout the day. There is plenty of street parking close by, the earlier you arrive the better, although not usually a problem.

  • How does the " No pre payment required work??? How soon before arrival is the money taken from bank?? As its the hotel, " not Booking.com, that set

    Hi, you pay once you have arrived, if you prepay I believe that booking com take the payment immediately but they don't pass it on to us until your arrival date. If your unsure just give us a call. Julia

All our rooms are decorated and refurbished on a regular basis.

We have been running the guest house for the past 15 years and still enjoy meeting new people and welcoming our regular guests back again and again.

Binton Guest house is situated on the edge of the town that offers a variety of pubs, restaurants ,cafes and shops offering choice of restaurants including fish and chips, Chinese, Indian , traditional English and pub food. Only a 10 minute walk to the sandy beach and the cliff tops with lots of walks.
