“Great location close to the station and an easy walk down to the seafront and sights of Hastings. As it's a more residential area it was super quiet at night and the beds are really comfy. Guests were not wearing masks indoors but sanitiser was provided and with large rooms its relatively easy to keep the recommended distance. I can't fault the cleanliness of the rooms and breakfast was delightful if a little disorganised. Probably the best scrambled eggs I've ever had!”

“Welcoming drinks on arrival with the owner who is french and have style and savoir faire . beautiful breakfast, more a brunch as the hours are so good up to 11am!candles on the table,classical musique,superb scrambled eggs and smoked salmon delicious preserves from Fortnum and mason,Vincent also booked for us local restaurants, and gave us map of the town. And also drove us back to the station on our return. A real treat! Highly recommended. beautifully furnished too We will be back for sure.superb all the way.”

“One of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Hastings is a lovely seaside town and we had a beautiful room with a view of the sea. I absolutely cannot fault our lovely host Vincent who cooked the most delicious breakfasts and was so helpful with some incredible suggestions for local restaurants and sights. Nothing was too much trouble - from an aperitif in the evening to hot croissants to take with us on day trips. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we hope to return at some point in the future and will be recommending all our friends to do so too!”
