very clean and comfortable the room was lovely with really cool decor, very quiet we didn’t use the kitchen or outside area so can’t comment on that but the property itself is beautiful it is most definitely the best b&b you will find in the area there is a lovely Thai restaurant at the end of the road and we also went to a pub called hop inn for breakfast which was very nice

Yes the kitchen is shared. We allow 2 rooms at a time in the kitchen, which gives plenty of space for social space.
