Beautiful house, beautiful location and engaging hosts. A fine breakfast made earlier than usual breakfast service to accommodate my working day. I wish the day had been longer so I could enjoy the grounds.

Boreham House was a wonderful end to our trip to England. It was a great pleasure to stay in this beautiful historic building. Sarah and Simon are excellent hosts. After a very good breakfast, which left nothing to be desired, we had an interesting tour of the house and garden. Excellent!

Breakfast sumptuous, with a huge array of cooked and uncooked items. Porridge was particularly good and fresh fruit was also available. We even had a guided tour of the house and garden which was an unexpected and pleasurable bonus.

The stay was great, the room is spacious and has enough ventilation with windows and a fan to get by even during a heat wave (which we were caught by). The hosts are gracious and were very lenient with us arriving rather late. Everything was outstanding - from the location to the service and amenities in the room. A truly authentic B&B experience

Our stay at Boreham House was truly exceptional with all our needs catered for & more , Sara & Simon were perfect host's that made us feel completely comfortable whilst enjoying their beautiful home, A big thank you for all the effort you make in what was a fantastic stay with unbelievable value for money for the service provided

beautiful house, wonderful hosts. delicious breakfast. great communication

Delicious breakfast with so much choice. The location was perfect for the beach and Herstmonceux Observatory. Great food and drink at the Bull's Head Inn just a few yards across the road.

Location was good, facilities excellent and all very well organised The bed linen was very good Communication and welcome from our hosts was excellent

The breakfast was exceptional. Friendly hosts.. beautifully cooked and good standard. Additional options of fresh fruit, croissants and cereal. All good. Location good for many seaside resorts and some great historical attractions.

Lovely property with an abundance of outside space. Really nice to stay somewhere with a bit of history to it and the hosts are more than happy to talk you through it which made the whole stay feel very personal. The breakfast was delicious and I would’ve been tempted to have asked for seconds. wonderful sized room and a huge bathroom, would 100% recommend this B&B who’s looking to stay in this area!
