Sleeping up to 20 guests, this high tech, open plan property is ideal for families with it's extensive amenities including a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and swim spa, a table tennis/pool table and a cinema room. The house is in an ideal location a short walk from the town centre. Bedroom 2 has a King Size Bed, a Child Bed, FLATSCREEN TV and an ensuite shower room + toilet. There are King Size Beds and FLATSCREEN TVs in Bedrooms 3, 4 (four poster bed) & 5 and all have ensuite shower rooms + toilets. Bedroom 6 has a King Size Bed and FLATSCREEN TV. Bedrooms 7 & 8 are both Twin Bedrooms with FLATSCREEN TVs and ensuite shower rooms + toilets. Bedroom 9 is on the 2nd floor with steep stairs (not suitable for kids/restricted mobility) with two King Size Beds (one is a Day Bed) and ensuite bathroom + toilet. The spacious lounge/diner has a PROJECTOR TV, FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider) & doors to the extensive front garden. The separate Cinema Room has a PROJECTOR TV for movies. The spacious, open plan kitchen/diner has an INDUCTION HOB - 2 ELECTRIC OVENS - 2 MICROWAVE OVENS - 3 DISHWASHERS - FRIDGE - FREEZER - 2 DRINKS FRIDGES - COFFEE MACHINE - INSTANT HOT WATER TAP - breakfast island to seat 10 people. From this dining area is a lounge area with a 90" FLATSCREEN TV. On the ground floor is a TABLE TENNIS/POOL TABLE area. The utility room has 3 WASHING MACHINES and a shower cubicle + toilet. The first floor bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle + toilet. On the ground floor is a separate toilet. The bi-fold doors in the kitchen lead to the rear garden which has a 35x12 FT HEATED SWIMMING POOL (with steps) - 14x7 FT HEATED SWIM SPA with seating and jets - SHOWER & GAS BBQ - outdoor kitchen area.
