“Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had everything we needed. We had a very sound nights sleep. Highly recommend this place for price, comfort and convenience.”

“I liked everything about the place and Sue, the host has put in a huge amount of effort and gone to a lot of trouble to make the Bow Street Runner a comfortable place to stay. My room was spacious, very well appointed with loads of facilities and the bed was very comfortable. Due to Covid restrictions this B&B provides a good quality Continental breakfast. The fridge provided in the room was a tremendous help and fresh milk was provided as well . The accommodation is above a pub which has very welcoming regulars and no loud music is played to cause any disturbance. 10/10 is the only score I can give.”

“Sue was so friendly and the place was so cozy that it felt like visiting a family member rather than staying in a hotel! The location is good, close to both Brighton and Hove centers, and there are many restaurants/cafes on the way. The room is small but pretty functional, the bed is super comfy, everything is very clean. You definitely don't hear any noise from the pub.”

It's located off a main road above a relaxed, traditional pub, so no noise from the pub at night. Now I need to find another excuse to stay overnight in Brighton/Hove so I can stay there again!”
