“The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is splendid, a good selection, served well and quickly, with plenty of tea and juice. We also ate in the restaurant twice during our stay and this did not disappoint, the hotel clearly has a good chef. We booked spa treatments, used the pool and the fantastic terrace lounge with comfortable outside furniture, a lovely secluded spot ideal for sun bathing. The waiter service in the lounge is very efficient and a very nice terrace to sit on a warm evening.”

“Staff were very helpful and professional, room was large and spa facility's excellent. the meals we had there were very good and even though there was a wedding reception on the Saturday night the noise level in the room was minimal. Spa was excellent just wish we had a little more time to use more of it.”

“Staff demeanour was very positive. They could not do enough for us and the main reason why this hotel still got a 9 from me despite their being some problems. Dinner and breakfast was fabulous.The menus were well thought out although the rib-eye I had wasn't the best. Location is ideal for Brands Hatch circuit. Grounds were lovely. Gym is well stocked. Shower in our (clean) room was powerful.”

“I don't usually do reviews but the staff at this hotel, were the most friendly and welcoming, we travel a lot and have honestly not felt so comfortable anywhere. Not 1 area let them down, from reception, to catering, cleaning, everyone clearly got along together and enjoyed their work. Although it's not a new hotel, still lovely and well looked after. The pool was lovely and warm, the whole spa area really inviting, would definitely recommend and return. Thank you lovely people 😀Wendy & Daniel”

“Only stayed the night but room was lovely, clean etc. The bed was so comfortable. Food (dinner and breakfast) brilliant and staff very cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately didn’t get to stay long enough for the spa.”
