We have our breakfast to go: includes items such as: cereal, cereal bars, yoghurt, fruit, porridge, cake slices & pastries. We can also arrange a cooked/continental breakfast and evening meals depending on if there are any government restrictions.

The Booking.com messenger will allow you to let us know that you are bringing your four legged friend. Please note we do charge £15 per room, per stay. Ambleside is within walking distance of the estate and is approximately a 15-20 minute walk.

Good afternoon, Once checked in we provided all guests with a code to enter the property, so they can leave/enter anytime between 10pm-8am.

Self-contained accommodation can open provided that there are no shared facilities, no shared entry/exit, and that those staying are from the same household. By limiting how many of our rooms are available we can ensure that we can safely comply.

Our Scafell lodge rooms are dog friendly and they can accommodate two adults and two children, with the extra beds for the children up to the age of 12. The cost for the four of you in total will be £170 and there is a £15 dog fee.

We have fully accessible bathroom/wet room in two of our Scafell lodge rooms. They have an emergency cord, lower bathroom sink, toilet with grab rails and are wheelchair accessible.

The Superior lodge rooms are classed as self-contained accommodation and can re-open from 12th April. The bookings can only be for one household and as long as a Superior lodge room is selected this will be allocated for you.

Good Morning, The Majority of all our rooms our shower ensuite however we do have several superior dog friendly rooms available on the 13th November. There would be a £15.00 supplement charge, Per Dog added to the room on request. Kind Regards,
