Breakfast was just fine. I only had cereal, tea and toast but I know that everything about a more substantial breakfast would have been excellent, it's the way Brentwood G.H. does things. The attention to serving my breakfast was A1. I have dysphonia, a voice problem, but managed perfectly as the staff were understanding and patient. It is worth adding this disability and how to cope with it on your training. A paper and pen at reception would help me but perhaps other people would find this intrusive. Next time I will ask for this, if I haven't brought my own with me. This condition varies so can't rely on it being understandable.

  • can you accommodate a frontline night worker for a regular weekly booking thursday to sunday. i finish at 6 am. so check out at 10.30 is not practical
