Did not see Tony when we first arrived due to road closures in the city but he was available day and night at the end of the phone and always ready to help. Overall a wonderful experience.

Our planned stay was sadly not impacted by sudden deteriorating condition of family member in Norfolk and Norwich Hospital terminally ill . We were treated with due dignity and respect for our traumatic day and this was very much appreciated . Breakfast not included or available which was not an issue in our situation .

There was no breakfast supplied. The balcony was a nice added extra. Shower was a bit weak but very warm - no problem with the temperature. Nice smelling soap, body cream, shampoo and conditioner. Biscuits tea and coffee were generous also very pleased decaffeinated coffee was supplied in the bedroom.

Bridge House is over 300 years old & was once The White Horse Inn. Room 1 was once a part of the village town hall. The grounds of the property go to the river bank where there is a public footpath. It is always best to book direct with us we are also on many other website agents such as this. The rooms are spacious and all unique

A total life change for us. Tony was a barber for over 30 years having owned his own shop for 26 year. Tony thought he would have a total change in his life. This is not so new to Emily who has worked in hotel management and catering for much of her life & ran a family Cafe business before moving to the Bridge House. Tony has taken to chef duty and is a natural :) maybe the Italian blood. Currently we are updating the property & hope to have a Jetty on our river bank for Kayaks & Canoes. We have travelled to lots of places here in The U.K & other places around the world. For us its like we are on holiday yet at home, here in the Norfolk Broads. We love to eat out and there are plenty of places locally a very short walk & plenty just a short car ride away. We are central to Popular beach towns & Norwich City Centre. Wroxam is just 2 miles away with the locally famous "Roy's" Stores & Boat hire centres. There is all you need all around us. How could we not love this place?
