The hotel was very good; location, gym, quality of the room. One of the best UK hotels I have stayed in. I would have rated this higher except for the Executive Lounge issue as below...

Location is another great plus for this property. Just opposite castle park and next to mall, open market and parking make it a great choice.
Saudi ArabiaIt was a good location, only a short walk to the centre, and the parking was just next door. The swimming pool was great, and the pool table and the table tennis tables on the terrace were great in the evenings. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there were lots of restaurants in walking distance, but we had the breakfast, and that was good. The staff throughout were really helpful and we were made to feel very welcome.
