I loved the friendly and warm welcome from the reception staff. They were always so helpful throughout my 4 nights stay. My room was on the fourth floor and so comfortable and clean. The location was very central in Manchester. I was working long days but it felt wonderful to return at night to my cosy hotel room. I was working late and loved to be able to pop out for late night snacks nearby. This is a very traditional style hotel with lovely Victorian architecture which I admired. It gave me a new perspective on Manchester and I’d stay there again!

One of our best sellers in Manchester! Set in a magnificent Victorian building, Britannia Hotel is just 10 minutes' walk from Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station. With WiFi and 2 lively bars, the hotel is 1 miles from Manchester Cathedral.
The impressive building features a grand balconied staircase with original chandeliers. The bedrooms each have a private bathroom and some have seating areas and a work space. All rooms have a TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
Jenny’s Restaurant serves a varied menu featuring British favorites, while The Overstuffed Pizzeria offers Italian cuisine and fresh salads. The Wave Bar is open late with live DJs and a dance floor. Cromptons Bar features a relaxing lounge for casual drinks.
Just yards from lively Chinatown, Britannia Manchester is only 0.6 miles from Manchester Oxford Road Train Station. There is a Metrolink Tram stop just outside the hotel and the Granada Studios are a 20-minute walk away.
