Room are spacious, bed comfortable, decoration of the room is nice. Bathroom is nice/ modern . Breakfast is good. There is a mini fridge and a safe in the room. coffee facilities . Small TV on the wall. There is lift helpful. Sainsbury local next door which was helpful lots of food places and shops on door step 15 minutes walk to the pier/ beach location of the hotel is excellent. Room not noisy. I like it so I booked extra two nights.

Nice room. I was ok to check in late as my train arrived late after work before a conference the next day. Very friendly staff, good shower and comfy bed. Bedroom was exactly as described in the photos. Good valve relative to other places in the centre of Brighton. I would recommend and stay again if I visited Brighton again.
