    Location within walking distance of the sea/harbour. Lots of hills to walk up and down. we had a lovely stay and would come back again. The place was very well cleaned and comfortable for our stay. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Sea Crest is located from the hallway up two flights of seven wide light, bright carpeted and easily negotiated stairs, with a large stable handrail, making it suitable for children of all ages and people with walking difficulties. This apartment has an enormous balcony running the full length of the front of the apartment with floor to ceiling sliding patio doors giving maximum impact on the stunning views. It also has a large balcony at the back of the apartment with your own patio furniture for four overlooking the private suntrap of the back garden. Assess to the garden is via the private staircase leading down from the balcony. The living area has a 32" flat screen TV with built in DVD player and radio, with a three seater sofa and chair overlooking the sea views. The dining area has a dining table and seating for four to six people with a large double glazed window overlooking the back garden. The kitchen has a family size fridge freezer, gas ovens, hob and grill. This apartment has a large double bed room with double bed and a twin room with two single beds. Both bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps, a wardrobe and mirror on the wall
Born in the industrial town of Leeds in 1957, I have always really appreciated the wonder of being by the sea and the many health benefits associated with it. As a fulltime professional homoeopath with over 25 years experience I have always hankered after a property by the sea to be able to share the joy of being by the coast with others. I searched for several years in Dorset before I found a large house in Devon with outstanding sea views. I bought it in May 2014 and it has been completely and lovingly refurbished and modernised by professional friends with each over 30 years experience in the building trade. The house has been converted into 3 beautiful, light and airy apartments
This lovely apartment benefits from on the level outside private car parking, most unusual in Brixham set within a landscaped garden area. With most properties it is often difficult to find a space in the narrow and crowded streets resulting in having to walk long distances up hill or down hill with your luggage and shopping. It is situated on a private and well maintained road, giving total privacy, quiet and tranquility, with friendly, helpful and respectful neighbours. This first floor apartment has amazing floor to ceiling patio doors across the entire front of the living space leading onto the large balcony with stunning views over the harbour, across the bay to Torquay and beyond, over the town to hills of the South Hams. There is a large suntrap of an extremely private back garden with many unusual plants, a large wall made out of local stone that looks medieval in origin decorated with a climbing plants and a large anchor found in the harbour many years ago. The apartment is very light, bright and airy with commissioned local pictures displayed on the walls.
