Truly one of the nicest hotels in which I have stayed in a long time. It was charming and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and so willing to help in any way. Breakfast was included, and it was excellent. I ate dinner there, and the choices, the food and the service were excellent - a wonderful meal. The hotel was an easy walk into town. I understand there is bus service close by but I chose to walk. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chester.
