This is a large 5 double bedroom traditional sandstone house over two floors in a residential, quiet street in the Eastend of Glasgow. The house has high Georgian ceilings, spacious rooms and its character is maintained by the original period features. Very rare property available in Glasgow, particularly one of this size and near central location, just minutes drive from Glasgow City Center, George Square and Merchant City! FREE PARKING.

This is a very quiet and friendly and green neighbourhood, despite being so close to the city center!. There are plenty of shops,cafes, mini-supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and takeaways that are a few minutes walking distance from the house (Duke Street).There are also major supermarkets such as Tesco, Asda and Morrisons all within 5 minutes drive! Local tourist attractions: Merchant City, George Square, City Chambers, Glasgow Cathederal, People's Palace (Glasgow Green), Emirates Arena, Celtic Park and many more! Access into the city center within 3min via train from Belgrove station which is a 8min walk (at a leisurely pace) from the house
