Find Accommodation Limited was set up in 2019 with a view to providing quality accommodation for professionals and companies. If your business or company is looking to provide houses or flats for a team of people working together in the same area, then our properties are ideal. We can host small teams from 2 people to larger teams up to 50 people (subject to availability.) We are currently the largest accommodation provider, specifically for businesses, in the Derby area, and we continue to expand our property portfolio to further enable us to accommodate your staff.

Property info

Browning House is a modern, refurbished, centrally heated house and fully furnished. A modern kitchen with washing machine and cooking facilities is available. Flat screen smart TVs are available in all rooms. Located to the South of the city centre, it is close to main bus routes; easy access to Sainsbury's (12 minutes’ walk), Asda and some local shop facilities and pubs; approx. 2.5 miles from the City Centre. 15 minutes’ drive to Raynesway, or 5 minutes’ drive to Moorway/Sinfin Lane, for Rolls-Royce; similar travel time to Bombardier. There is easy access to the main routes i.e. A38, A52, A50 and to the M1 (Jnc25) if driving. Bus Routes 5 & 5A. Whether it’s for two nights, five nights or more, you will find everything your team will need to live in comfort, a home from home!

Neighborhood info

The house sits within a residential area which is relatively quiet, but the countryside is close by, for those who like to have a wander, with some nice pubs in the area. The Foresters Park Centre provides a number of shops, pub, bowling alley, and is about 10 minutes walk from the house.
