This is a wonderful pub/ hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, The building is beautifully old and well kept with oodles of character. I stayed in a standard double room which isn't huge but very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The breakfast selection was excellent also. The bathroom is the best. The welcome pack was the stand out. There was tea bags, herbal tea, Earl Grey Tea, fresh coffee, chocolate, a bottle of beer and a small bottle of prosecco. I'll definitely be returning.

The stylish bedrooms have been furnished to a high standard, but still retain charm and many original features. With a reputation for excellent cuisine, wine and Fuller's real ales, the Bull is just a 5-minute drive from Reading. Henley Royal Regatta Headquarters and Henley-on-Thames are 6 miles away.
