We stayed at Christmas & liked it so it was the natural choice for our next visit. We were really chuffed to be upgraded to a sea view room this visit. Staff are great here & the bar downstairs is a great place to eat & relax. The town is easily walked to & the hotel is right on the seafront.

The Burlington overlooks the promenade and is about 10 minutes' walk from Worthing town center. Worthing Pier and Pavilion Theater are about 5 minutes' walk away.

    Car Parking Please be aware that we supply daily parking tickets for the price of £4.00 to park in the surrounding roads, this will only cover you in ZONE B (please ask receptionist if you are unsure of zones). Permits are only required Monday – Saturday between 9am-6pm, outside of these times parking is free of charge. Parking is also free of charge on bank holidays.

  • Hi do any of your rooms have sea view and balcony pls?

    We have double sea views, family rooms with sea views and our executive suites have stunning views of the sea front. Unfortunately the balconies on our listed building are for decorative purposes only.

  • Hi so is the parking a daily fee on top of your stay and is there a double room with shower sea view available sept or early Oct thank you

    Hi we do have sea view rooms and our executive suites overlook the sea at the front and do have balconies but cannot be used because of the age of the hotel.

    Our check in time is at 3.00pm and our check out time 11.00am after which our housekeeping staff need to service the rooms. We can arrange a late check-out from 12pm but this would be at an extra cost of £10.00 per hour.

  • Hello I would like to know if you have twin rooms which have an internal adjoining door. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 young children. We want to be able to put the kids in their own room with us in the next (bed)room. Flexible with dates during last week in July for 1 night.

    We currently have on-street parking around the hotel - this is called Zone B. You will need to get a £4 permit from us in reception to park in Zone B. This permit lasts for the whole day from 9am - 6pm where it is free until 9am the next day.

    Unfortunately not, while our twin rooms do not offer a sea view due to their position in the Hotel we do have other types of room at the front of the Hotel which are sea facing.
