The staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was a lot bigger than we had expected and was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! We loved the log burner in the room we had breakfast in, felt very cosy.

  • Hello, we are a family of four, my husband and myself and my son and daughter, we would be interested in booking two rooms but are they both double beds? I’m just thinking of it’s possible to put a camp bed in the room so they have their own beds? Thankyou

Hello to all our guests. Unfortunately due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, we have had to change our policy to minimum two nights stay. This is because of extra safety cleaning procedures which are more time consuming than usual. We do hope you will understand and the will not stop you coming to stay. Thank you. Situated only 40 miles from York, on the North York Moors we are ideally situated for towns, cities and the Coast. Burnley House is set in the beautiful village of Hutton-le-Hole. Unwind with us and leave your worries at home.

Stuart and I (Lesley) came to Burnley House 18 months ago. We thoroughly love meeting and greeting our guests and making them feel at home when they come to visit.

Hutton-le-Hole is a very beautiful picturesque village with the beck meandering through it. The sheep roam freely. Come and enjoy tea and scones at one of the tearooms or an icecream from the icecream shop or have a delicious meal at the Crown Inn. Stroll around the crraft workshops or spend an afternoon in Ryedale Museum. Huton-le-Hole wil most certainly take away those stresses in life.
