The room was really clean and cosy. TV was great, we had tea , coffee and kettle to use. Internet worked pretty well also. The shower was superb. Breakfast next door was terrific. Lovely people all round, would absolutely come back again.

  • Hello, do you offer a late check out ? I am travelling with my partner for his RAF tests at RAF Cranwell on the 18th. Can I check out late on 18th?

    Hi Will you be checking in on the 17 for the 18 or the 18 for the 19 checkout. This could make a difference as to what time a late checkout could be. In general there is no problem. If you want to stay until later afternoon then a fee would apply.

  • Hello I am planing to see my kids They are living in lough I live in London Is it against the law if i come and stay in your propery with my kids?

    Lough is quite a long way from us, about 1 hour, so you would probably be better to stay somewhere closer, However if you prefer to stay here that is fine from 17 May 2019 when we can officially re=open. At the moment we can only take key workers.

  • Hi - would you be interested in giving us a price for a 2 or 3 month stay from around 1 July 2022? I don't know whether Byards Leap is under the same ownership but if so, we rented one of your flats in Sleaford for 6 weeks 9 years ago, prior to moving to Spain. Thank you. Irene Duncan

Byards Leap is a quiet little place to stay however, we are very central for traveling to all the big towns and cities, Lincoln is a beautiful city, about a 15-20 minute car ride, lots to do and see,Newark is closer with a beautiful castle, the river runs just by it and is a wonderful walking and resting place watching the boats go through the lochs, cafes and pubs, children love this area. Sleaford our local town is just a fews minutes away by car, there you will find parks, water, shops and bars all of differing varieties and is a delight to go to for a wander. Grantham, Margaret Thatchers birthplace, is also just down the road by car, we have Downtown there, a massive designer outlet and garden centre, a day trip almost to see all that it offers, you won't be disappointed that is for sure. As well as RAF on our doorstep, we have fishing lakes very close by, walking, running from Byards Leap is a joy in open countryside. So much to do and see all from Byards Leap.
