We had a packed breakfast,which was free of charge because of the Covid restictions.Definitely ample.There seemed t be a mix up on our reservation,we were not expected until the following night,the person in reception was not perturbed by this.Our accomodation was sorted and we found your staff exceptionally helpful and freindly. The room was rented for a wedding which we were due to go to,unfortunately that was cancelled because of the virus.Ut us rearranged for May if 2021 , I will be reservation a RM with you as soon as. Know the new arrangements.Thank you
United KingdomThe room was large and airy, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was perfectly fine. The adjoining bar, 97 @social was a highlight, smashing food great drinks and amazing staff, infact we stayed there instead of going out on both nights as we enjoyed it so much!

United KingdomI wasn't there for long, but the room was good, it had USB charging points which were important as I didn't have a UK plug! Breakfast isn't spectacular, but was fine for a small continental start to the day. It's not far from the city centre. The staff were very friendly.
GermanyReally comfy and cosy rooms, not too big or too small. Staff were really friendly with check-in and with helping my mum with directions on where to park. Location was great, only a 5 minute taxi to the centre of Newcastle for our night out!
