Overall a great location for exploring the city by foot, bus, or the tram! The room was cute and I felt safe.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They were also prompt on replying any inquiries i had.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Large and comfortable beds. Small shop to buy water, toothbrushes etc was very helpful. Breakfast not as bad as the reviews suggest. Good location with access to different parts of the city.

The location was within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and shopping.

The location is very close to Royal Mile and the breakfast was very good. Also, in my communication prior to our arrival I mentioned that it was a birthday trip for my daughter. Upon entering our room we discovered a "Happy Birthday" printout along with a box of chocolates! Quite the surprise and I felt was very kind.

they cleaned it daily. the breakfast was great, and the most exciting part for me was they had a fan!
