We stayed here before in Nov 21. When we arrived, staff could not find my booking, but sorted everything whilst we had an ice cold prosecco. They upgraded our room due to the wait of finding our booking to a Thames side room. We stayed Canary Wharf side last time which was amazing, but the view of the river at night was unreal! Facilities amazing, shower huge, towels the best and bed the most comfy. Thanks for another great stay, we will be back later in the year.
