Please note that for advance purchase reservations, the pre-authorisation on a card would be due at the time of check-in. Guests must have a valid credit card with them on arrival at the apartments. Failure to do so, may mean that the guests will not be allowed to check-in.
For business bookings and bookings with third party payments, please contact the hotel directly for a third party payment authorisation form.
VAT receipts are issued upon departure only.
At check-in, a valid driver’s license or passport will be required to be shown from the person who is the lead guest on the booking. The card holder of the card used to guarantee the booking must be present at the reception and must show photographic identification (driver's licence/passport) at the time of check-in. If the card holder is not present, the guest may be refused entry.
