“We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed meeting Ted and Sandra. There are a lot of stairs, but this is very clear on the description, so we knew what we were getting ourselves into! However, it did have the advantage of a lovely view of the Abbey from the window whilst having a drink in the room! The breakfast was brilliant and we had a great time chatting to Ted and Sandra and watching the goings on outside. All in all, a fantastic stay, which I would love to repeat.”

“Our room was wonderful! It was at the top of a beautiful home, high on the hill overlooking the harbor. Two minutes' walk from the station (and the Station Inn, a fantastic pub, and Trenchers, best fish and chips we've ever had). The very best part of our stay were our hosts, Ted and Sandra, the loveliest people we met on our honeymoon. They were generous with their time and advice, and their delicious breakfasts sustained us through long days of sightseeing. We'll never forget our time at Captains Cabin.
