Everything! I booked The Mary Queen of Scots Suite as a surprise for my partner's 60th Birthday, and also a table in the Campaign Bistro. The whole experience exceeded all expectations and I cannot fault anything. Super value for money when you compare it with other locations / similar establishments worldwide and I have travelled quite extensively.

Staff all wonderful felt very safe with the plans put in place to handle Covid. Breakfast was very nice and tables well spaced out and staff were great we pre-ordered breakfast and they had it all set up for us could not ask for more. On our way to the hotel Lynn the manager rung us to say that the boiler was broken and they had no hot water and she gave us the chance to cancel free of charge we had booked an evening meal which was fantastic so we just said we would cope when we got there Lynn upgraded us to the Mary Queen of Scots Suite "AMAZING"

Carberry Tower is impressive and stunning. It's so rich with history. The grounds are beautiful and they've done a very good job with preserving and modernizing the building. Our stay was very comfortable, and the restaurant was very good (I'm still thinking about that sticky toffee days later). Breakfast was included with our booking and it was a pretty decent buffet. Service was very good from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and attentive.
