Incredibly clean, modern, welcoming and cosy, even at the end of the tourist season. All the basics provided such as cleaning materials, cooking oil/salt/pepper/spices/tea/coffee/sugar/fresh milk/bread, Sky TV and excellent WiFi. Alice the host is so wonderful, even provided a card, wine and chocolates knowing it was my partners birthday.... just amazing.

The islands of Skye, Rum, Muck, Eigg and Canna can be visited from nearby Mallaig and Arisaig, or from Lochaline, a short ferry crossing will allow you to explore Mull, Staffa and Iona. For those who enjoy a day on the beach, the white sands of Morar are a short drive away, or Ardnamurchan Peninsula the most westerly point of mainland Britain is home to Sanna Bay. Take a trip on the famous Jacobite Stream Train (Hogwarts Express) from Fort William to Mallaig.
