All the staff were extremely friendly, making me feel very welcome. Dinner in the restaurant is great, everything really fine and the choice was big enough to go there every evening in 8 - night stay. The size of the room was OK, giving enough space also for two people. Minibar is refilled every day, as well as the decanters with Gin, Whisky and vodka. The location is right in the center of the city, with a lot of pubs as well as shops right around the hotel.

    Our complimentary mini-bars normally include - A few measures of Whisky Gin & Vodka in decanters. A small Red & White wine. A couple of beers. Water & Soft Drinks.

    Evening, With the extra cleaning involved with COVID, we cannot guarantee an earlier check-in than 3pm at any cost - apologies. We would try to get a room ready earlier for you though if requested. The car park is a few blocks, around 1/4 mile away.

  • What kind of alcohol and snacks are available in the executive lounge?

    We serve vodka, gin, whisky, bacardi, bottled lager, red, white and rose wine. Snacks, a light breakfast of fresh fruit, pastries and yoghurt in morning, afternoon tea selection in the afternoon, followed by meats, cheese and nibbles on an evening.

  • Is there parking

    We don’t have our own car park unfortunately, although we do have discounted rates agreed: The NCP car park on George Street. This one is a little further away. Costs £12.50 per 24 Hours. If you bring the ticket from the car park to reception we can validate it for you. The Buchanan Galleries car park – located just 1 block behind the hotel. Maximum cost is £15 per 24 hours. Park the car as normal, to obtain the discount we need to stamp your parking ticket before leaving the car park. You would then pay at the pay office (2nd floor of car park), not the pay machines. Please note this car park locks overnight & does not open until 7am (9am on Sundays & bank holidays). Please note you cannot pull up directly outside the front door of the hotel due to bus gate restrictions. Between 7am & 7pm. Thanks Reservations

    Morning, WIFI speeds can never be guaranteed, and the speed is effected by the number of guests connected at one time. Though we have a fibre connection. So it is normally very fast / stable. The max speed to each guest is 10Mbps upload & download.
