My flat has 2 bedrooms and one room is available for guests. I live in the flat but work full time and long shifts. The flat is modern with a private car park and a secure door entry system. The livingroom , kitchen and bathroom are shared. There is a large TV, ps2 and Sky TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi. There is a large Smart TV in the bedroom. The bathroom has recently been refitted (October) and has a double walk in shower . The village has many amenities ie grocers, fast food take aways, pubs, restaurant, cafe, post office, hairdressers and beauticians. Falkirk wheel, Kelpies, Callander House are all only a few miles away and are easily accessible. Please be aware the flat is on the second floor with no lift so may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
I am very friendly, easy to get on with and respectful of people's privacy. I work full time and in my spare time I enjoy driving and cycling.
Very friendly village with motorway links close by. Train stations with links to Glasgow and Edinburgh are 2 miles away.
