The excellent staff on reception, nothing was to much trouble. Highlighting Will & Amy for a special mention. Dinning room staff excellent service. Special mention for Alex and the Scottish lady. ABBA tribute band night was fantastic as was the food.

Very good Covid awareness and provision. Made to feel very welcome. My daughter and I both really enjoyed our spa treatments too, though they did seem rather short compared to what we are used to. Covid safe preparations before and after appointments are bound to have an effect. We had to cancel our health club appointment for Sunday as it clashed with the breakfast slot. Considering it was the first weekend open everyone did very well. We felt very safe and had a lovely weekend. Well done to all of the staff.

    Hello, Yes the pool and spa is open at this moment but as you might be aware this may change. The hotel is also currently closed until 31st January

    Yes the pool is open. It is a heated pool. We do have some restrictions for the use of the facilities which means you need to book a time slot to use each facility.
