This 18th century cottage is newly renovated to a stylish, modern standard equipped with complementary WIFI. You will find comfortable furniture, including a compact L shaped double sofa bed, smart TV (with NETFLIX) and a modern dining area that seats up to 6. The open plan kitchen provides you with cooking utensils, cordless kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, 4 slice toaster, microwave, electric oven with four gas ring hob, a fully integrated fridge (with freezer compartment) and dishwasher. The back door leads to a small decked patio area with table and two chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Even just having the back door ajar allowing a breeze to run through the open plan living area on a hot summers day is a lovely touch when relaxing in the cottage. The modern bathroom has a shower over the bath with a shower screen. The windows open out onto the private decked patio area. Lovely, fresh towels, vegan friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soak and hand soap are provided for you. Upstairs leads you to two double bedrooms that are East and West facing with sash windows. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds Egyptian cotton linen and clothes storage.
As a Brighton local I am always more than happy to offer any knowledge and guidance to help make your stay a truly memorable one. Brighton has many hidden gems that I have had the pleasure of discovering over the past 15yrs so please ask me anything you would like to know. For me it’s been the beach life, cool restaurants and amazing shopping that's kept me here all of this time! I also love to travel with my four children, we usually end up in Asia with our backpacks having epic adventures and making memories. We've used holiday letting all over the world when we've travelled. I have a great interest in photography, property refurbishment, interior design and hosting - so holiday letting is very satisfying to me. In my spare time, when my kids are busy and my guests are all settled in and happy, I enjoy weight training, music and volunteering at different animal sanctuaries. I will do everything I can to ensure you have a brilliant stay. I live in Brighton myself and I am available by message at any time. Just a 1-2 min walk from Brighton station, on the edge of the famous North Lanes Conservation Area right in the heart of trendy Brighton, where you will find a wealth of independent shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs just a stones throw away. We have some of the best entrainment in the UK with centres like the Dome theatre right on your door step, along with plenty of chain stores in Churchill Square and Brighton beach and the Pier about a 10 minute stroll away. Whilst you are here, be sure to check out Brighton seafront, both the North and South Lanes (full of independent shops, cafes, jewellery stores and restaurants), Churchill Square (for chain retail stores) and Pavilion Gardens amongst others. Incase you are wondering why people are taking pics just down from the cottage, see if you too can spot the original Banksy artwork on my street! Regardless of which direction you walk in when you leave the cottage, the very next streets along are filled with independent cafes, shops and restaurants. Everything is right on your door step and can be accessed on foot. You can also hire street bikes for cycling around town. Brighton is friendly, inclusive and welcomes everyone.
