    Preston is a lovely town.

Preston is a lovely town. I visit because I have close family there, but I wouldn't say it is a hub for tourists. There are fantastic attractions, like Hoghton Tower, and the downtown area is very quaint. When with family, we usually go to a great fairly local pub or other restaurant for lunch/dinner, and there are plenty of those with great food and ambiance. I love going for walks in the local area.

Developing City with a nice shopping and pedestrian precinct. Many eat out options. We lunched once at M & S cafe as we always know we get good VFM there! Overall, Preston surprised us; it was much better than we had anticipated!

No. 10 Preston was a wonderful stay. The welcome and check-in was seamless. The flat was comfortable, cozy, elegant and beautifully decorated. The location is perfectly close to everything, and with new restaurants and shops opening up along Fishergate, there are so many options if you want to try out a new restaurant, club or simply chill out in a cafe. The staff are incredibly kind and are available if you need anything. We loved our stay.

With the exception of the view (which doesn't matter a jot in Preston town), everything about this hotel was well above my expectations especially considering the price I paid. The room we had was new, very clean and comfortable. The included full English breakfast was tasty and hot and was served promptly by friendly staff. If I ever need to stay in Preston again then this is were I would stay.

Did not need to use the wifi although it was available if I needed it. The service was impeccable, the Owner went over and above to ensure our comfort with no extra charge. The breakfast was freshly made which is much better than buffet style dining. The rooms was clean and comfortable. Cannot get better than the personal touch from a family run hotel, better than the big chain hotels.

Stayed there couple of times now and it's just so good for the price you pay! This time however stayed with 2 children under 2 and the staff brought us a cot and put it up. Checked if we have everything and if we don't need extra pillows or blankets. There is also a fenced off playground for kids just outside the hotel and restaurant. Really good absolutely love it there!

Room was nice, very clean and comfy bed & pillows. All the staff were excellent. We didnt book breakfast as had it in the adjoining hungry horse pub ( worked out cheaper and serves from 8am) Breakfast was also tasty. I found the hotel excellent value for money for £60 on a Saturday night. Parking was plentiful and free.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to easily park immediately outside the hotel, which was in easy reach of a conference centre we were visiting. We were also located close to Preston town centre and the train station was even closer. We would certainly stay there again.
