“We had an excellent 2 night stay at Chandler's. The hotel has recently had a re-furb. The lounge and the dining room areas are very high spec and comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome,by all of the owners. They are fabulous hosts. Our bedrooms were amazing,super comfy beds,beautifully decorated rooms and so clean.Very tasty breakfasts. The room rate includes a continental breakfast,which was more than enough,for me. You can also pay a small extra and choose from a list of cooked breakfasts. The hotel is situated in Ascog Bay,which is around £7.00 in a taxi from Rothesay town, or you can jump on the local bus,at the hotel. The area is very picturesque and quiet. Beautiful scenery. “Was a lovely hotel, staff really welcoming and even checked if we were still coming due to the weather cancelling one of the ferries. Bed was super comfy and views were great! Breakfast was good, continental included in the rate and you can pay extra for cooked breakfast. Would highly recommend!! ”

“There is a kettle and a good supply of tea, coffee etc in the room. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and keen to please. The room and dining room was spotless; there are beautiful views from the dining room (my room was at the back looking onto trees so can only assume this would be the same spectacular view from the front facing rooms) The location is perfect, just a couple of miles from Rothesay but a real feeling of being away from it all.”
