It’s a lovely cottage in a beautiful little village set in the midst of gorgeous countryside scenery. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay there. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. I can’t think of anything that needs improvement.

All was perfect. What a gem of a spot. The whole little village Hub was so adorable. Helpful, kind hosts. Could've have asked for a nicer place for a wick stopover. 3 toilets. 2 shower spaces. Very comfortable and so clean! 1000% recommend.

Clean, comfortable, set in a 17th century renovated farmhouse in the countryside. Good food in the adjoining Cafe which our hosts also operated. Car park in front of the accommodation and we enjoyed the outdoor garden setting in the evenings.

Kozicot provides the ideal getaway, a listed cottage that has been newly refurbished with all mod cons. Set in the heart of a peaceful village near the river severn, adjacent to a shop and cafe. Well appointed 2 large bedrooms, with unspoilt views allowing for 1 King-size bed or 2 singles in each, private parking, 2 reception rooms (sofa bed to cater for groups of 6), hot tub, bathroom, shower room and an upstairs wc. Kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave hob and full oven. Utility room with washer dryer.
We fell in love with Ashleworth from our first visit, immediately putting an offer down on our house and have no regrets. There are so many footpaths round and about along with bridle paths for off-road biking too. The river is less than a mile away and there are loads of places locally to explore. When the village shop and Post Office was put on the market in 2018 and noone was showing any interest in buying it we decided that rather than let it be turned into residences we would buy it with our pensions! We knew it had potential and had the place renovated to include a deli and a tearooms. Kozicot that is attached to the oldest part of the Ashleworth Hub was the next obvious addition. After an extensive renovation we now have a fabulous little characterful cottage with the benefits of having all the mod cons along with a private hot tub. The downsides being those low beams and ceilings and the steep staircase! We hope you have a fabulous stay, we love the location and hope you do too.
Kozicot is situated in a quiet village behind the village shop and tearooms, the views from the cottage are unspoilt across the valley of the river severn. There is private parking for up to 2 vehicles at the front of the property, and a bus stop across the road with regular buses into Gloucester and Tewkesbury. There are footpaths surrounding the property and wider village, along with bridle paths for horse riding and off-road biking. There's the Tithe Barn owned by the National Trust down by the church and river, the cricket ground with play area, and of course the Ashleworth Hub that has a Post Office, convenience store, deli and licensed tearooms. A bit further afield there's the Royal Exchange in Hartpury a quintessential country pub, more churches, Bugs boarding, Hartpury College that have events throughout the year and lots more.
