Really exceptional little hotel in the middle of West Hampstead, absolutely exceeded my expectations and considering it is a 2-star hotel i was astonished at the quality of the room, facilities and staff etc. You’re located right next to all the mainline stations and bus stops as well as the shops and can be in central London in as little as 20 mins. I stayed with my little girl who’s about to turn a year old and they even provided us with W travel cot! Really good spaced rooms with lots of light and air, fresh linen and towels were always provided when needed. Really exceptional staff too. Would highly recommend!

The room couldn't be cleaned regularly due to the pandemic but we got fresh towels whenever we asked for them. The location was super, all amenities around the corner, central London quick to get to. Had a wonderful time!

    Hi there. Check in is from 3pm. You can leave any time before 11 am. We have parking tickets for sale and you can use them to park on Sumatra Road.

    Dear Guest, The cheapest and easiest way to the Charlotte is via the National Express bus or Airbus. Go to coach station stop 24. Take the A6 Victoria bus to Finchley Road tube station (the second stop). Then take the London Underground on the Jubilee Line, Northbound, to West Hampstead (one stop). Turn right out of the station, then take the second road on the left. This is Sumatra Road (there is an off-license and a red post box on the corner). The Charlotte is then 50 meters down on the left hand side. Best Regards Giada

Charlotte Guest House is a traditional guest house situated in a prime location in central London. We are located in a lovely, quiet residential area of West Hampstead with excellent connections in and out of London. Enjoy an attentive welcome, excellent public transport links and a quintessential London neighbourhood vibe with local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants just a short stroll away. We provide a variety of room types, some with own bathrooms and some with shared bathrooms, to suit all budgets. We are very conveniently located for access to Wembley Stadium, the conference centre, and to the City.

Charlotte Guest House has been established for many years and has built up an excellent reputation. There are 43 rooms ranging from single to family rooms and en-suites are available. The guest house is ideally located just 10 minutes away from the buzzing, popular and very lively West End. There is also a vast number of connections to great shopping locations, cultural and business districts as well as other parts of London and the UK. The Charlotte is within two minutes of three train lines, providing easy access from London’s five airports. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Please note that Charlotte Guest House comprises of 6 different buildings, all within 30-160 metres of the main Reception. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.
